1. General
Tappy is an online gifting portal operated by Triora Ventures LLP. We sell curated hampers for personal and corporate gifting within India. No age restrictions apply.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel/refund affected orders.
3. Corporate Orders
We accept bulk and corporate orders. Terms for such orders can be agreed separately in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and designs are the property of Triora Ventures LLP and may not be used without permission.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control (force majeure).
