Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items and curated gift hampers), we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the package and contents for verification. We may arrange a replacement in eligible cases.

2. Exceptions

We cannot replace opened or partially consumed food products.

3. No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than verified damage or incorrect items.
