Our poly houses provide a simple and cost-effective solution to protect sensitive crops from harsh and unpredictable weather conditions. The naturally ventilated poly house is specially designed to meet the growing needs of farmers worldwide, enabling them to produce high-quality vegetables and flowers while improving overall returns.
This structure is engineered to effectively manage ventilation and humidity, making it highly suitable for hot and humid climatic regions. Fixed openings are provided at the center of each arch along the entire length of the structure, along with four-side ventilation running across both the length and breadth. These strategically placed openings ensure continuous natural airflow and efficient release of hot air, maintaining an optimal growing environment for crops.
The structure is robust and capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 100–120 km/h. Naturally ventilated poly houses can be customized in different configurations based on climatic zones and crop requirements.
For durability under extreme weather conditions, the structure is constructed using high-quality Galvanized Iron (GI) pipes of 76mm / 60mm / 48mm / 42mm / 32mm / 25mm, conforming to IS 1239 / IS 3601 / IS 4923 standards, ensuring strength, stability, and long service life.
