Landmark Concepts is a project consultancy company offering integrated planning, architectural, structural engineering, and project management services. We deal across a broad spectrum of projects in the construction industry, having served steel, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, automobile and engineering industries, plastic, rubber and food sector, paper mills, townships, hospitals, institutional and recreational facilities, residential, commercial, public and public-private sector.
Landmark Concepts, formerly known as Landmark Consultants, has grown from a modest beginning in 1997 to create a team that works to achieve beyond the requirements and expectations, enabling us to expand our footprint all over the country.

Kamal Rao
Kamal Rao is the founder and managing director of Landmark Concepts Pvt. Ltd. and is serving the construction industry as a Civil and Structural consultant. Her journey began in 1997 when she started Landmark Consultants. Kamal was the first woman structural engineer practicing independently at Aurangabad. She believes that each and every person has the potential to grow and better their own lives. She is an excellent mentor and believes in building leaders by mentoring and motivating them as required. She actively participates in social causes and was the founder and convener of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Cell of MASSIA. She was also the founder chairman of the Aurangabad chapter of ISSE and is currently serving as the joint secretary at CSN First.

Shilpa Danekar is a senior structural engineer boasting over 15 years of experience. Her pragmatic approach coupled with her technical expertise and dedication has been pivotal in enhancing the quality of our company’s services to new heights. Her key strength lies in her ability to balance technical precision with real-world feasibility. She possesses a keen understanding of materials, construction techniques, and building codes, allowing her to devise practical designs that optimize performance while minimizing unnecessary complexities. She recently completed a valuation course, enhancing her ability to anticipate and address the evolving needs of our industry, thus further enriching her contributions to our company’s growth and success.

Priya Bendarkar is a young and dynamic director, holding an executive masters degree in infrastructure development from the prestigious ISB. Priya has evolved during her career and has successfully navigated through multiple roles within the organization. As a structural engineer and project manager, she has led diverse teams, showcasing her versatility. Her involvement in managing governmental communications has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Priya is a believer in cultivating a culture of perpetual enhancement within her organization. Her vibrant personality draws her close to all her acquaintances. Her valuable contributions have significantly propelled the growth of the company.

Madhav Somani is a young and dynamic director of Landmark Concepts Pvt. Ltd. Madhav holds a master’s degree in a structural engineering discipline. He started with Landmark early in his career and now is serving as a director. Madhav has always brought value to projects with his creative approach. Passionate about steel structural design, Madhav’s expertise in this sector allows him to navigate the complexities of construction projects, offering innovative and creative solutions to intricate structural challenges. His accomplishments are not limited to his home country, he has led projects abroad as well. His dynamic approach toward work has significantly contributed to the exponential growth of the company.
