We had a humble beginning in 2005 to process the traditional snacks of South India and market them across the globe. Our slogan “Taste the Tradition” emphasizes our approach of providing our customers, great-tasting, nutritionally superior and healthier food products that were traditionally a part of our life. “We also have a wide range of Indian & Sri Lankan Frozen food under our umbrella which includes Heat and Eat traditional food, Vegetable and Indian sweets

Our Infrastructure

At Flavours of Kerala, every snack begins in a manufacturing ecosystem that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern food technology. Across our two state-of-the-art facilities—in Poochackal, Kerala and Annur, Tamilandu—we follow the same uncompromising standards of hygiene, quality, and authentic taste.
Unit 1- Kerala – Where Tradition Lives
Our Kerala unit is the heart of our brand. Here, skilled artisans handcraft and kettle-cook every batch in small quantities, preserving the original flavours and textures South India is known for. This facility specialises in premium banana chips, cassava chips, and traditional snacks made the authentic way.
Unit 2 - Coimbatore – Capacity & Global Reach

Our Coimbatore facility brings scale and efficiency to our production. With a spacious facility, multiple frying systems, and high-speed packing lines, it supports large-volume, export-ready manufacturing while maintaining the same handcrafted quality we are known for.

Made in small batches, each chip is cooked slowly to bring out deeper flavours, a satisfying crunch, and the natural goodness of real ingredients. This method preserves the original character of the raw materials — whether it’s Banana, Cassava or namkeens — without relying on artificial enhancers.

Gosnax is led by a passionate father–son duo, Soby Jose Kurian and Joseph Kurian, who bring together decades of experience, family tradition, and a shared vision for creating authentic Kerala snacks. What started as a small-scale, home-inspired endeavour has now grown into a proudly expanding brand—yet the values remain unchanged.

Quality & Assurance

All our snacks are carefully hand crafted, prepared in small batches and finally kettle cooked to perfection. As part of our SAFE-to-EAT policy, the entire process is done hygienically according to HACCP guidelines and we use superior packing materials to avoid all types of preservatives.

The ingredients we use in our products are flavourful, natural, nutritious, and made of only the highest quality. Our aim is to delight your palate, while at the same time ensuring that what is enjoyed is wholesome and good for you. Every ingredient we use is carefully selected and checked for quality and freshness. We make sure the natural flavor is not lost at any point.
