Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy
We accept returns in case of damaged products. Otherwise at present, we are not providing any return or refund policies. We will issue full replace if the product is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Since quality check is performed for each product at our end before it’s packed and dispatched, no return/exchange is allowed except in case the customer receives damaged/wrong product/Wrong size(Which is not the size you ordered)
- We will entertain such a complaint only if reported within 48 hours of having received the parcel and only on the basis of a 360° parcel opening video.
- It must be an unedited, uncut, uninterrupted unboxing video right from the beginning straight away showing the address details on the parcel and clearly showing the issue/defect with good lighting
- Minor manufacturing defects – like threads coming out shall not make the product eligible for return/replacement.
- Slight colour difference is always possible due to photographic effects
And in case of return/exchange we do not have a return pickup facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address
Free replacement will be provided within 14 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Otherwise there is no return or replacement is available.
If you’d like to return a product, send us an email at customercare@level10boutique.com with your concern within 2 days of receipt of the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can return the item for a store credit or exchange for same or higher priced product.
Once we confirm that you would like to go ahead with the return, ship the products back to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. If you have any concerns regarding the duration or nature of return, feel free to call or email us.
Returns on international shipments, are to be paid by the buyer and the customs for returns also will have to be borne by the buyer
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Product unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery is a must for faulty/Damaged products

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted, as the order would have already been processed.
Refunds Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/cancellation, and let you know if the refund/ cancellation was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 7-14 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Exchanges can be tricky – and we always strive to give you the best products and avoid the hassle of returns or exchanges.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT
In case there is a defect in the product, our team will do a quality check to ensure the same. If a defect is found, the cost of the product will be refunded.
Here are the list of issues not considered defects (read more about them here):
- The small knots or bumps in threads you often see occur when broken threads are pieced together. This is not considered a defect.
- The uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects.
- Slubs – residual threads bundled together in tiny knots.
- Minute gaps in and around motifs.
- Dye ‘bleeding’ onto the pallu from the body – this is common in powerloom sarees.
- Loose threads in Bandhani sarees used for the tying and dyeing.
- Color mismatch – colors are subjective, we understand. We try to best capture the most truest colors of the saree. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colors may appear different on different devices. Hence, it is advisable you check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the color of a product.
These are considered defects: * Tear in the saree * Incorrect length (instead of what was stated), * Missing blouse piece (if mentioned that the saree has a blouse piece)
